Simplifying Farelogix PNR Name corrections: Lufthansa Group Agency Support will now be able to make all corrections for you, as this feature is synchronized between GDS Amadeus (1A) and Farelogix.
We draw your attention to the procedure of changing the passenger name field. Any errors and misrepresentations in the passenger name field are subject to mandatory correction and imply reissue of the ticket.
We inform you about the change charge for the procedure of correcting the passenger's name from December 01, 2018 – 30 EUR. This procedure is only permitted for bookings made on TAP Air Portugal (TP), Portugal (NI), White Airways (WI) own flights. The amount of the fee must be specified as a DU tax in the field of airport charges (tax box) mask of the new ticket. Additionally, the message " Reissue due сorr name " should be entered in the tickets box "Endorsements". The following fixes are possible:
No waiver is required for any reissue of an Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa and SWISS ticket after a name correction. Kindly ensure that all rules are observed, “NAME CORRECTION” has been inserted in the Endorsement Box and that the corresponding fee has been collected as DU tax.
