All segments that will be identified as Churning (fifth operation (cancellation/rebooking) for the same passenger / flight in the same or different booking) will be cancelled automatically. The agent will receive a warning remark (SSR) for the fourth operation on the segment, and for the fifth operation, the agent will have one hour to issue the ticket before the automatic cancellation.
